Positive Impact Hub began in Doha with one conviction: leadership is not a title or a set of traits. It is the conditions a leader creates around other people, and those conditions decide whether people feel valued and add value. The movement is the shared commitment to lead that way. The ecosystem is how it is built: seven pillars that develop leaders, keep them together, and put evidence behind the work. Two Summits held. Ascend delivering programs now.
