Ignite

The Positive Impact Leadership Summit

The Summit, a stage for ideas, solutions, and alliances.

The Positive Impact Leadership Summit has been held twice in Doha, in 2024 and 2025. The next edition is to be announced.

About Ignite

Ignite is one pillar of the Positive Impact Hub ecosystem: the stage where the conversations worth having in public are convened. The Summit is a gathering of peers, not a one-way show. Leaders come to work on the questions that sit between human potential, cultural stewardship, and intelligent systems, and to leave with something they can apply.

Held in Qatar, the Summit puts the country at the center of a serious conversation about how to lead. Its day sessions bring together HR, learning, and mid-level professionals; its evening convenes chief executives, senior executives, and policymakers by invitation.

At the Summit, the Hub comes to life. Research becomes dialogue. Ideas become partnerships. Commitments become experiments in the real world.

Attend the next edition
  • Attendance is by invitation. Register your interest, and invitations follow when an edition is confirmed.
  • The Summit convenes chief executives, senior executives, policymakers, and the people responsible for leadership development in their institutions.
  • Attendance is deliberately limited to protect the quality of dialogue, discretion, and connection.
Partner with the next edition

A Summit partner sits in the room where the leaders shaping Qatar's institutions meet, and helps make that room possible.

How partnerships work

  • Partnerships are shaped together, around what the partner wants to be known for and what the room needs
  • Partners are in the room, not on the wall: in the sessions, the Majlis, and the conversations that follow
  • Details for the next edition follow once it is confirmed

Each partnership is shaped with the partner, so that what you want to be known for is what the room actually sees.
